Established in 2008, the school has built a solid reputation for its exceptional commitment to enhancing the Competence Based Curriculum (CBC), aiming to cultivate essential 21st-century skills among its learners. The institution is recognized as one of the top academic performers in Kinondoni, a district known for its educational excellence, ranking among the top 10 schools in the area.
Over the years, Rightway School has become a sought-after educational institution, attracting families from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. The school’s community has grown increasingly varied, reflecting the evolving dynamics of Tanzanian society. Approximately 60% of the student population comes from households with medium incomes, while the remaining 40% come from more modest means, which adds to the school’s diversity in terms of economic status.
Demographically, the student body is primarily Tanzanian, comprising about 96% of the population. The remaining 4% includes students of Indian, Arab, and mixed-racial heritage, further enriching the school’s multicultural environment.

The school’s dedicated staff consists of more than 90 members, including both teaching and non-teaching personnel, all of whom contribute to the academic and operational success of the institution.
The school’s commitment to fostering a nurturing and inclusive learning environment is reflected not only in its academic excellence but also in its ability to adapt to the diverse needs of its expanding community.
