Graduate Teachers’ Program – Cohort 4 (2026)
The Graduate Teachers’ Program (GTP) by Rightway Schools is a professional development initiative designed to support recent education graduates as they transition from university to real classroom teaching.
The Program provides an opportunity for graduates to gain hands-on teaching experience in Nursery and Primary school settings, while receiving mentorship, practical training, and exposure to modern teaching practices.
Participants will be placed in selected leading private schools in Dar es Salaam where they will actively participate in classroom teaching, lesson preparation, and learner engagement under the guidance of experienced educators.
Program Duration: 6 Months From; April – October 2026
Participants are expected to commit fully to the Program for the entire duration.

Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must meet the following requirements:
- Hold a Diploma or Degree in Education from a recognized institution
- Must have graduated between 2023 and 2026
- Have interest in teaching Nursery or Primary school learners
- Be willing to learn, grow, and commit to the full Program period
- No prior teaching experience is required
